杉中華せいろ本体 15cm

I needed a smaller seiro for single servings, and this 15cm one steams buns perfectly without taking up much counter space. The bamboo lid fits snugly and the wood grain looks nice on the table.

The 15cm size is perfect for making a single serving of dumplings or buns without wasting space in the pot. The cedar wood has a lovely, subtle aroma that actually enhances the steamed food, though I wish the lid fit just a bit more snugly.

The cedar wood really does make a difference—steamed buns come out with that subtle, woodsy aroma you can't get from metal. It's a bit small at 15cm, but for a quick solo batch of dumplings it's exactly what I needed.
