The delivery team was super thorough about checking the hallway and elevator clearance before hauling it up, which put my mind at ease. The pre-arrival call meant I didn’t have to wait around all day, and the whole process felt well-organized from start to finish.

Delivery company called ahead like the description said, which made coordinating the arrival way less stressful. The whole process from the entrance to the final spot went smoothly, no surprises with the sizing.

I was a bit nervous ordering such a large piece of furniture online, but the delivery team called ahead to coordinate timing, which put my mind at ease. The shelving unit fits perfectly through my apartment doorway, and the assembly instructions were clear enough to follow without any hassle.
