Timothy ★★★★★

This chestnut honey has a deep, complex richness that's way less cloying than regular honey. I’ve been stirring a little into my morning tea and it adds a lovely, almost woody sweetness. The bottle is also beautifully simple, perfect for passing along as a gift.

Ruby G. ★★★★★

Opened it for toast and ended up drizzling it over plain yogurt too—the bottle pours nicely without making a sticky mess. It’s genuinely sweet with that deep, slightly woodsy chestnut character, and the jar feels substantial enough to gift as-is.

Owen ★★★★★

The color is a deep amber and the consistency is thick, almost like a soft caramel. I’m using it to sweeten my morning tea and the earthy, floral notes are incredibly unique.
