栃のはちみつ

I’ve been adding this horse chestnut honey to my morning tea and love the subtle, almost woody undertone—it’s completely different from the clover honey I used before. The jar is decently sized for the price, and it pours smoothly without crystallizing.

First spoonful reminded me of the honey my grandmother kept in her pantry, thick and floral without being cloying. I've been drizzling it over plain yogurt every morning and the jar's already half gone.

The deep amber color is exactly what I hoped for from pure acacia honey. I’ve been adding a spoonful to my morning tea and it dissolves smoothly without any gritty bits.
