HOLDER Pierrot

The uneven glaze and slight warp give it a handmade feel that makes my incense ritual feel more intentional. It catches the light differently at every angle, which keeps me staring at it even after the stick burns out.

The little dip in the base is perfect for holding a stick without it falling over. The uneven white glaze lets the dark clay peek through in a way that makes each holder feel unique.

The glaze has this warm, uneven quality that catches the light differently depending on where you place it, and the brown clay showing through gives it an antique feel. It’s heavier than I expected for its size, which actually makes it feel more substantial on my desk.
