The mirror arrived well within the delivery window they called about, and the team handled the large box through a tight stairwell without any damage. The size is perfect for my hallway, and the clarity is better than my old one.

The delivery crew gave me a heads-up call before arriving, which was a relief since I had to clear a narrow hallway for the mirror. The packaging was solid enough that there were zero scratches on the frame, and it fit through my apartment door without needing extra fees.

The delivery team called ahead to confirm the exact arrival window, which made planning the day so easy. They also double-checked the entry path and elevator clearance before bringing it in, so there were no surprises at the door.
