مغرفة قدر 鍋お玉

The balance is spot on; it's heavier at the handle end so the bowl tips forward naturally when you scoop soup. I've made miso shiru every night since it arrived and the edge is thin enough to pour cleanly without dripping.

I've used it for a week now and the craftsmanship is obvious in the way the bowl is welded to the handle, no wobble at all. It's a piece of cutlery that feels like it was made by an artist, which it was. Makes me want to serve soup more often just to hold it.

The handle is balanced so well that it feels almost weightless in my hand, and the polished metal catches the light nicely while stirring. It's become my go-to for serving soup every night since it arrived.
