北斗大玉大豆 300g

I was amazed at how uniform and plump these beans are—they held their shape perfectly after a long simmer in my miso soup. Definitely the largest soybeans I've found in the dried goods aisle.

Even after an hour of soaking they kept their shape beautifully, which is exactly what I need for my miso soup. At 300g, this bag is a solid pantry staple that I can already tell will last through many meals.

These beans are huge, just as advertised, and after soaking they held their shape perfectly in a slow-simmered side dish. Really pleased with how few broken ones I found in the bag.
