I’ve been using this for a few days and it cuts through hard cheese without any struggle, the handle feels solid and well-balanced. Makes serving guests a lot cleaner since the blade is thin enough to get clean slices.

The blade slices through a firm aged gouda without tearing it, and the pointed tip makes it easy to lift each piece onto a serving board. I've used it three times this week for our wine nights, and it cleans up with just a quick rinse.

The handle feels well-balanced in my hand, making it easy to slice through a wheel of brie without any awkward wobbling. Cleanup was quick too, since the stainless steel didn't stain after washing.
