TURK クラシックフライパン 3号

Finally a pan that feels properly made for daily cooking, the size 3 is just right for most family meals. Heats evenly and the surface has held up beautifully through weeks of use, no warping or sticking issues at all. For ¥19,800 it's not cheap, but the solid craftsmanship really shows.

Bought this to replace a smaller pan and the 3号 is perfect for two servings. The iron surface is already developing a nice seasoning after just a few uses.

Heats evenly and the handle stays surprisingly cool, though I wish it came with a lid for the price. A solid workhorse for daily cooking.
